Meet Dr. Sarah Mitchell
Licensed Mental Health Counselor helping individuals regain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

My Journey Into Therapy
With over 12 years of experience in mental health counseling, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life's most challenging moments. My journey began with a deep curiosity about human behavior and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from New York University and am licensed to practice in New York State. My specialized training includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions.
Located in the heart of New York City, my practice serves individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique stories and challenges. I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care, and I'm honored to be part of my clients' healing journeys.
